TERMS OF USE

Please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the User Agreement) carefully before using the liveapp Mobile Application.

If the text of this User Agreement is posted in a foreign language, in order to avoid contradictions, the priority remains with the English version.

2. Company - Liveapp LLC (Address: 1704 Llano St, Santa Fe NM 87505), as well as, in the applicable part, another person to whom Liveapp LLC ceded his rights under The agreement, or the person to whom the rights of Liveapp LLC were transferred on other grounds.

3. Service liveapp (Service) - a software package that provides, including:

• viewing and publishing geo-linked video content;
• communication between users of the Mobile Application

1. Mobile Application - an electronic application for a Mobile device that provides work with the Service.
2. Mobile device - an electronic device (smartphone, mobile phone) operating on the basis of the iOS or Android operating systems.
3. Documents on the use of the Service:

• Terms of use;
• Agreement on data processing;

Terms and definitions not disclosed in this User Agreement are used in the meaning determined by the documents on the use of the Service (including this agreement and other documents on the use of the Service).
